Chateau Woods

A 35.922 acre, 162 Lot Subdivision located in the Lake Chateau Woods Area. Chateau Woods began with a preliminary topographic survey showing existing elevations and utilities, preliminary engineers estimate showing estimated cost of streets, drainage, utilities, site work, engineering, surveying and contingencies and a preliminary layout plan.
ACES prepared and submitted to the Chateau Woods M.U.D. and Montgomery County, preliminary and final plats with all required documents. Engineering plans included utilities, streets, drainage and detention. The project design, platting and construction have been completed and accepted by Chateau Woods M.U.D. and Montgomery County.

Woodmark Subdivision

A 48.41 acre, 229 Lot Residential Subdivision located on F.M. 2854. ACES worked with the owners and the City of Conroe to extend City water and sewer to the subdivision. ACES designed the Preliminary Plat and Land Plan and submitted them to the City of Conroe for approval. ACES designed the underground utilities and storm system, lift-station, off-site water and sanitary sewer lines, off-site detention/amenity lake for submittal to and approval by the City of Conroe. The construction drawings have been approved by the City of Conroe and construction is complete.

Pinewood Forest Subdivision

A 45.083 acre, 191 Lot Residential Subdivision. Pinewood Forest Subdivision included preliminary and final plats, utilities, streets, drainage and detention, preliminary and final design and construction phase services. Pinewood Subdivision is located in the City Limits of Conroe. ACES worked with the City of Conroe very closely because of the location of the 100 Year Floodplain. The project includes an underground storm system, concrete curb and gutter and asphalt streets. Drainage is mitigated with the use of an offline detention pond.

Westfork Subdivision

A 476.516 acre site plan with 600+ lots. West Fork consisted of over 600 lots and an 18 hole championship golf course. ACES was responsible for the engineering and the construction oversight for this subdivision project. The project involved design of the subdivision, including streets, utilities, and drainage.
